As someone who flew to Philly just to eat a cheesesteak and flew back the next day, I can tell you that this place has some authentic south Philly cheesesteaks. Best spot in Vegas by far. Gotta get it Cheez whiz in true Philly fashion.

Ordered from this place on Uber eats. Let me just say best cheese steaks in Vegas. The fries were seasoned to perfection and were perfectly crispy. We ordered the Portuguese Chorizo and the Wizz. Will definitely be returning.

We found Paulie's by chance , we were in the neighborhood and found them online , They are Absolutely delicious! I am about thirty minutes away from them but worth the drive every time!
